The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. A lady, who seemed to be the cleaning staffs superior was very helpful (showed me how to use the coffee machine). The cleaning staff was very nice and friendly, the same was the staff when I checked in. However, the person who checked us in did not give us information on the spa area (and that we had to pay for it). No information on check-out time. The other receptionists helped me with all my questions re bus, taxi, checkout time, etc. The room was spacious, The bathroom nice and cosy. I could work on my PC, sitting in a good chair and on a good table. Restaurant staff was very nice and accomodating.

Location was excellent as we were at a concert in Croke Park, hence we booked it, we stayed in WB Yeats suite, for 513 euro for the night. The room was extremely nice but not 513 euro nice, I would stay there again, but suggest that people staying in a suite or paying that kind of money should be offered the use of all facilities available, ie, sauna, pool etc, we were told an extra 20 euro would need to be paid. The staff were excellent, very polite and friendly, Breakfast was gorgeous and lots of options, caters for every needs, As stated would stay there again but would review prices before stay

The hotel is certainly nice! The bed was among the most comfortable I can remember, and the high-tech switches are neat. There are nice touches, such as the robes and drinks/chocolates (thank you!) and the location is handy, across the street from the train/LUAS station and near the coaches to the airport. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful (might have caught someone in a stressful moment but nothing about which to complain -reception was great!); thanks to all!

The hotel was a nice environment, we had breakfast included which was delicious and worth value, could of been available longer as i think 10am(ending) is too early for some especially when on holiday too relax. The spa was also great for the value of 25(euro) pp for the duration of your stay. Also has access to a lounge room which was a nice relaxing place if you didn't want to be in your room or in the lounge.

Firstly your staff are absolutely amazing. The day and night staff on reception are brilliant! So friendly, professional and good banter. The hotel was lovely and clean. Really nice view in our room with a nice little balcony. The gym is well equipped. The bed was so cosy. Excellent location in Dublin City and really good value for money in comparison to competitors.
